Operated by ThoughtWire.ai, Inc., a Delaware corporation
ThoughtWire.ai, Inc. and its affiliates ("Company," "we," "our," or"us") respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ThoughtWire, how we use it, and the choices you have about your data.
ThoughtWire is an AI-powered decision intelligence platform. It connects to your existing business data sources, processes signals from those sources to generate prioritized recommendations ("Thoughts"), and logs your team's decisions and their outcomes over time. This Policy reflects how data flows through every part of that process.
This Policy applies to the ThoughtWire website, the Marketing IQ and Creative IQ pilot modules, all AI-powered recommendation and decision features, connected third-party integrations, dashboards, decision boards, notifications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Questions? Contact us at support@shilo.ai.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Registration Data
When you register for ThoughtWire, we collect your name, email address, password, phone number, organization name, and any other information required to create and manage your account. If you register on behalf of an organization, we may also collect your role and authorization details.
1.2 Business Data YouConnect
ThoughtWire connects to third-party platforms through API credentials you provide during onboarding. Depending on the modules you activate, this may include data from:
• Ad platforms: Meta and Google (paid social and search performance data).
• E-commerce platforms: Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce (order, product, and customer data).
• Email and lifecycle tools: Klaviyo (email marketing and customer engagement data).
• Any other platforms you choose to connect during the assessment-based onboarding process.
ThoughtWire accesses this data solely to generate Thoughtlets, synthesize Thoughts, and deliver the recommendations and decision intelligence that make up the Services. You control which platforms you connect. If a connection is incomplete or revoked, the platform will notify you that certain recommendations may be less accurate.
1.3 Platform Activity and Decision Data
As you use ThoughtWire, we collect data about your interactions with the platform. This includes:
• Recommendations (Thoughts)your team reviews, approves, rejects, or modifies.
• Scenario analyses and what-if simulations you run before committing to a decision.
• The evidence chains and reasoning logs associated with each Thought.
• Decision history records, including the original recommendation, what was approved or rejected, and the resulting business outcome.
• Human feedback, edits, and annotations added during the approval workflow.
This activity data feeds ThoughtWire's learning loop. When your team approves or rejects a recommendation, that feedback is classified and, where appropriate, used to refine the platform's Causal Graph: the structured model of your business that connects metrics, KPIs, policies, and causal relationships. All changes to this model flow through a governed projection pipeline and are fully attributable to the decision that produced them.
1.4 Inference and Analytical Data
ThoughtWire uses composite AI,including time-series models, anomaly detection, NLP models, and neuro-symbolicAI, to analyze the data you connect and generate , synthesized Thoughts, prioritized recommendations, confidence scores, and outcome calibrations. We refer to these derived outputs as "Inference Data."
Inference Data includes analytical outputs such as predicted financial impact, anomaly severity scores, causal relationship confidence weights, and outcome comparisons (predicted vs actual). All right, title, and interest in Inference Data remain the propertyof the Company.
1.5 System and Technical Data
We automatically collect technical information when you access the Services. This includes IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, access logs, feature usage data, error reports, performance metrics, and timestamps. We use this data to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
1.6 Communications and Feedback
If you contact us by email, chat, or through the platform, we retain those communications. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Services become the property of the Company and may be used to improve the platform.

• Log your team's decisions, edits, and approvals in an auditable Decision Capsule Ledger so the platform can track outcomes and learn from them over time.

4. How We Use AI
ThoughtWire is an AI-powered platform. The following describes how AI operates on your data.
The platform uses composite AImodels, including time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and NLP, to generate Thoughtlets from your connected data. These Thoughtlets are aggregated and linked to your business entities and KPIs to form Thoughts: holistic, prioritized recommendations with evidence chains.
Neuro-symbolic AI validates each thought against your business rules before it reaches your decision board. Every Thought carries an auditable evidence chain so you can inspect the reasoning behind any recommendation.
When your team approves, rejects, or modifies a recommendation, that feedback enters a governed learning pipeline. The pipeline classifies the feedback, promotes validated learnings, and projects them onto the Causal Graph. This is how ThoughtWire gets more accurate over time. No feedback writes to the model directly; all changes are attributable and auditable.
ThoughtWire proposes. Your team decides. No action executes without human approval.
AI-generated recommendations are for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations before acting on them.
If you have questions about ouruse of AI, contact us at support@shilo.ai.

Decision history records, including approved Thoughts and their outcomes, are retained to support the platform's learning loop and audit trail.
After account termination, we retain data for as long as required by applicable law or our contractual obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
To request deletion of your data, contact us at support@shilo.ai. Please note that some records may be retained where required by law or where deletion would impair legally required audit trails.
6. Data Security
